These earrings are made with Granulated Cowry shells("Poloholoho'apu'upu'u "), and Kahelelani shells. Each shell was hand picked from the beaches of the garden island of Kauai, Hawaii. These shells are only found in the Hawaiian Islands and are the only species of Cowry shells that have a bumpy, textured shell. These earrings are a wonderful, practical way to include some "mana" into every day life.
