These earrings are made with granulate cowrie shells ("Poloholoho'apu'upu'u "), Kahelelani shells and puka shells, each hand picked from the beaches of the garden island of Kauai. These shells are only found in the Hawaiian Islands and are the only species of Cowrie shells that have a bumpy, textured shell. These earrings are a wonderful, practical way to include some "mana" into every day life.

They are strung with 40lb' test braided nylon line and are on 1/2' inch sterling silver ear wires.
Earrings will be shipped in a gift box and will come with rubber backings.
