This bracelet uses the very rare and valuable Momi shells, kahelelani shells, puka shells and a sunrise shell. Most of the kahelelani wash up on the shores of Ni'ihau, but we do get some here on the North shore of the garden island of Kauai. All of these shells have been hand picked, sorted and pierced by myself. They are unique in that they are the ONLY shell in the world that is actually insurable and a GEM! This a traditional pattern of weaving used by the natives of Niihau. This bracelet looks truly stunning on and is an intricate work of art.

It has been strung with 50lb' test braided nylon line so it is very strong and durable and can be worn with in fresh or salt water.
Shell jewelry should never be worn in the pool or shower, since the chorline bleaches and detererates the shells.
